Manu (Swish) Goswami is the cofounder and CEO of Trufan, where he and his team are rethinking influencer marketing. I invited Swish to understand how this 21-year old thinks about social media, entrepreneurship and dig deeper into how he grew his personal brand from being just another 8-year old kid in Singapore to becoming a LinkedIn influencer.
Swish (Manu) Goswami is a 21 year old serial entrepreneur, three-time TEDx speaker (signed with Speakers’ Spotlight and The AAT Project), LinkedIn Youth Editor (70K+ followers). He’s also a UN Youth Ambassador.
After successfully building Technotronics and working at JB Fitzgerald Venture Capital (started by NBA player Trevor Booker), Swish is now the founder and CEO of Trufan, a tech driven media company building technology to help influencers, brands and agencies discover and reward their top fans.
Trufan is backed by several NBA players, media executives and Canadian venture capitalists. Swish has previously acted as a consultant for Fortune 500 companies like Google, Western Union and American Express. He also sits on various boards including at Dunk (media network of 10M followers hyper-focused on basketball) and the League of Innovators (Canadian charity started by Ryan Holmes, CEO of Hootsuite).
Swish has been published in over one hundred national and international publications and has notably been inducted into Plan Canada’s Top 20 under 20, recognized as Startup Canada’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year and and won the United Nation’s Outstanding Youth Leadership award.
